We don't just supply equipment, set it up and then leave you to your own devices!  Our Technical Producers and crew have many years of experience in setting up environments, just like the one you want. They won't leave till you're happy with the setup and are confident that everything is just as YOU want it.

Another plus is that all our systems are preconfigured in road cases, so installation and derig is very fast. This will save you money in labour charges.

In keeping with CarpetHire's Media Conference specialty and our philosphy to only have the best equipment, we've now got a full rage of Magenta CAT5 transmitters and receivers. These devices are from Magenta Research, the recognised leader in video/audio/serial signal distribution. They will distribute a video and audio signal up to 610 metres along, cheap, standard CAT5 cable.

We've got 2 different transmitters, the XRTx (single output) and the Multiview T5 (5 outputs), and 10 receivers, the AK600DP SA (single Video output and Stereo Audio) and the K500TDC, with 2 x Video outputs and 2 channel mono audio. And we've got quite a few of them, so call us for pricing!

 

XRTx SA Transmitter
Transmits RGBHV and Non-RGBHV (Composite, S-Video amd Component) up to 1920 x 1200 up to 610metres.
Receiver distance ratings can be surpassed when using lower resolutions and non-RGBHV formats; especially composite video in which case an extra 500 ft. (152m) can be expected. Transmits full Stereo Audio.

Multiview T5 Transmitter
Transmits RGBHV and Non-RGBHV (Composite, S-Video amd Component) up to 1920 x 1200 up to 610metres.
Receiver distance ratings can be surpassed when using lower resolutions and non-RGBHV formats; especially composite video in which case an extra 500 ft. (152m) can be expected. Has 5 separate output channels.

AK600DP SA Receiver
Up to 1920 x 1200 RGBHV and non-RGBHV video support.
Supports 1920x1200 resolution from 1 to 600ft/183m.
Daisy Chain up to 12 units. Supports full Stereo Audio.

K500TDC Receiver
Up to 1920 x 1200 RGBHV and non-RGBHV video support.
Supports 1920x1200 resolution from 1 to 600ft/183m.
Daisy Chain up to 12 units. Supports full Stereo Audio.  

 

We are constantly asked what we do hire.  Our base business is the hire of Carpets (see the range above), but we also have a range of accessories for your entry or environment.  These are as follows:

Bollards - as in the pictures above, we have Gold, Silver and Tensa-barrier.

Ropes - for the bollards, we have Red, Black, Gold, Blue, White, Pink, Burgundy, Yellow and lilac.  we're also able to make other colours if you need something specific.

Wax Lanterns - we usually have a number of wax coloured lanterns available along with a range of vases and coloured tea lights holders.  Please call and ask to see what we have.

We have a range of Little lights (Par16) which can light up small accessories or a small space very effectively.

We also have our frame dividers - the white Japanes looking ones.  These come in a white frame with various coloured backing - red, cyan, black and blue.

We have some lighting and audio equipment to enhance the carpet - see our Specialist Equipment section.

Finally we have a number of white frosted plastic plinths, which are  internally lit and look spectacular for entrances, flower displays or product displays.  They are 1200mm high x 450mm square.
